    In what form will you be selling your bluefin tuna toro?

    BlueNalu’s bluefin tuna toro will be available for restaurants and food service to buy in a saku block form, allowing chefs to save on the labor costs of breaking down a whole fish while still enjoying bluefin tuna toro in a wide variety of applications including sushi, sashimi, nigiri, poke and more.

    Why are you starting with bluefin tuna toro?

    Unfortunately, the supply of bluefin tuna has been heavily depleted due to overfishing and illegal fishing in the past few decades. Despite this, bluefin is still in high demand for it’s unique and flavorful products. We’re looking to fill the gap with our consistent, high-quality bluefin tuna toro.

    Are you planning to work on other cell-cultured products?
